Oven roasted cauliflower finished with shaved parmesan

Southern succotash–a blend of corn and lima beans highlighted with tomato and peppers tossed with smoky bacon

Baby spinach and artichoke sauté with garlic and lemon zest

Wok seared edamame with chili, garlic–finished with sesame and smoked sea salt

Roasted fingerling potatoes, tossed with fresh herbs

Garlic and herb smashed redskins

Wild mushroom and boursin cheese potato gratin

Lemon and mint couscous with grilled vegetables

Wild rice Pilaf with sun dried cranberries and pecans

Risotto–creamy aborio rice slowly simmered and finished with asiago cheese
