About Chef Mark

Chef Mark

With over 20 years of experience, Chef Mark brings a wealth of culinary knowledge to the table. His purpose-driven menus are motivated by a sincere passion for all things food.

Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Chef Mark was lured to professional kitchens as a teenager. He discovered early on how food is a conduit for getting people together and is the key to affecting a successful experience for each gathering. Chef Mark’s passion for food is evident in the balance of special and unique flavors he creates using fresh ingredients to please your palette.

After attending the culinary program at the Art Institute of Colorado, he returned to Florida and worked his way up within a well known asian bistro. After several years, he left the bistro and was brought on at a famous oceanfront four diamond resort. While there, he gained a wealth of culinary knowledge that influenced his personal style and is part of the flair he brings to the table today. After his time at the resort, he returned to Colorado to accept a position with a prestigious local catering company where he found a new calling.

Catering has provided the honor to cook for a number of high profile celebrity clients–from Oprah Winfrey to Garth Brooks–and is testament to the level of quality you can expect from Chef Mark. He goes above and beyond to provide successful, unforgettable occasions. Chef Mark thrives from the creative challenges that are provided from catering and looks forward to providing the flavors for your next event.

In his off time, he values spending time with his wife and daughter and enjoys the occasional day-off to snowboard.
